SoundSei music soundscapes are beyond 360; her work reveals voices in depths and shadows once upon a time inaudible by human ears are now sonified into human hearing range. Music and sound compositions bring listeners wonder, relaxation and joy.
SoundSei is an artist, storyteller, XR installation experience designer, inventor, scientist, and teacher, specializing in connecting the creativity of the arts with the innovations of technologies. As an artist mixed with scientist, she melds music with sonification using the latest technologies and custom invented found instruments. Listeners are transported to ethereal worlds. Her music, sound and immersive artwork and inventions are being researched as neuroaesthetic resources to bring innovative pathways to be of benefit to the world. It is the hope that as you experience the sounds they open ears, eyes, mind, and body to soundscapes of worlds previously overlooked and unheard as you now have an open door to journey using your profound sensing, thinking, and feeling.

Winnetka Hill Train Tunnel: Field Recording Ambient Soundscape.
Projects of note include:
Earthtunes: 2019 - current: Seismic Data Sonification iOS app: collaboration with four others created educational and scientific app that uses custom programming to sonify seismic earth and Mars planetary data into human audible and visual resources.
2009 - current: Sound & music iOS application: started working on idea after mothers came to me to use my music and sound to help them and children find sleep, then doctors found my music and asked to use the music to decrease medications in their patients; latest version is in process to be released in mid 2024.
2022 - current: Immersive XR Ambisonics Spatial Mapping Audio & Visual Experiences based on auditory cognition and neuroaesthetics. Details to be shared soon.
2011-2013: XR Virtual City Build: collaboration XR immersive interactive panoramic projection mapping, proprietary hardware software, computer simulations and gamification: Milwaukee cityscape with underground tunnels, accurate computer generated below ground, ground and aerial of real terrain, connectable to infrastructure, weather, traffic, and data as virtual world can be used for city planning, sustainability and climate applications. The company I assisted is included in ranking of top VR/AR/XR of 2022.
2005 - current Adaptive Assistive Technologies: Hardware & Software: studies, research, design, and development for controlling devices using neuro networks.
2006-2009: Adaptive Tech, Installations, Planetariums: Digital Interactivity, Visualization, Animation, Sound, Film, and Neuroscience Adaptive Technology. Faculty & Research Assistant; supported Olsen & Adler Planetarium surround sound and light installation with eight sound channels and ten projectors, anamorphic video projections, cathode ray tube projections, Spitz Star projector with interactive live sound and visual projections.
2009: Animation Cluster Render Farm: collaborated with Autodesk and UK researcher to build open-source animation solution from refurbished Macs, and rebuilt Xserves. Audit determined this render farm had fewer drop frames, delivered better efficiencies than purchasable manufacturers designated render technologies.
